The Nevada Law Journal invitations the submission of unsolicited manuscripts regarding present legal problems with both native and nationwide import from professionals and students attending the William S. Boyd Faculty of Regulation. No revenue from charges, duties, excises or license taxes regarding registration, operation or use of auto on public highways, or to fuels used for propelling such automobiles, shall be expended for aside from price of administration of laws providing for such revenue, making of refunds and changes in relation thereto, payment of highway obligations, or price of building, reconstruction, upkeep and repair of public highways and bridges, and mass transportation strains and of the enforcement of state site visitors laws, and for other mass transportation purposes; and such income shall be expended by the commonwealth or its counties, cities and towns for mentioned freeway and mass transportation purposes only and in such manner as the general courtroom might direct; supplied, that this modification shall not apply to income from any excise tax imposed in lieu of local property taxes for the privilege of registering such automobiles.
The fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth Articles of Modification were adopted by the General Court during the classes of the years 1854 and 1855, and were accredited and ratified by the individuals Might 23d, 1855.
The ninety-second Article of Modification was approved by the Normal Court docket during the sessions of 1968 and 1969; the ninety-third and ninety-fourth Articles of Amendment were accepted by the Common Court during the sessions of 1967 and 1969; and all three Articles have been authorised and ratified by the people on the 3d day of November, 1970.
If it shall be authorized by voters equal in number to not less than thirty per cent of the whole variety of ballots solid at such state election and likewise by a majority of the voters voting on such law, it shall turn out to be regulation, and shall take effect in thirty days after such state election or at such time after such election as may be provided in such legislation.
